Tiffany Anderson, a counsellor in Courtenay, BC, smiling warmly in a professional setting. Tiffany specializes in anxiety, burnout, and relationship therapy, offering a compassionate space for clients to heal.

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MA, RCC) dedicated to providing high-quality mental health support to individual adults. I maintain a primary virtual practice offering online sessions across British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, NWT, and the Yukon.

In-person sessions will be reopening in the Comox Valley in October 2026. If you would like to be notified when in-person booking opens, please contact me to join the Comox Valley In-Person Waitlist.

I offer a warm, unhurried space for adults who suffer from anxiety and often feel like they're falling short. In our work together, we’ll help you move out of overthinking, quiet the internal pressure, and reconnect with your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, emotionally focused, and grounded in the present moment.

Collaborative means we figure things out together. You don’t have to show up with all the answers, and I won’t just sit back and nod.

Emotionally Focused means we tune into the feelings underneath your words — the ones that fuel the patterns you're stuck in. Rather than circling the same stories, we go to the emotional root of what’s happening, so you’re not just talking about change, but moving toward it.

Grounded in the Present Moment means we move out of overthinking and pay attention to what’s happening right here, right now—in your nervous system and body. By noticing physical tension, shifts in your breath, or quiet emotions as they arise, we can release held patterns and shift things in ways words alone can't reach.

If you’re feeling exhausted by relentless to-do lists and a loud inner critic, therapy can be a place to slow down, connect to what’s important, and learn how to show up when things get hard without beating yourself up.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. I offer free 15-minute consultations so we can connect and see if it feels like the right fit.
