About Me
I came to this work through my own experience with anxiety. There was a time when cycles of anxiety and depression made my world feel much smaller than it is today. Having recently navigated a health-related identity shift, I bring deep, personal empathy to the work of rebuilding—helping you reconnect with who you are now, rather than who you think you should be or who you were in the past.
My own life has been a profound teacher. It has shown me what it means to inhabit a body that feels different and how to find balance when the internal world feels like it has shifted off its axis. I bring this lived wisdom to our work, supporting you as you begin to expand again—rediscovering your capacity for yourself, your relationships, and your environment
My Approach
In my previous career as an educator, I saw how much relationships shape us and how vital emotional safety is before any real change can happen. Today, that safety is the cornerstone of my practice. I aim to balance a deep sense of security with small internal shifts that lead to long-term growth.
I work with humor, lightness, and humility. I bring a systems-based lens to our sessions, meaning we look at the bigger picture of what has shaped you, rather than focusing on what is “wrong” with you. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities. Clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to, even when we’re navigating the "strange" or hard-to-put-into-words parts of the healing process.
I am a firm believer that play is a vital part of being human. When I’m not working, I’m usually at home with my partner, our dogs, and our chubby cat. I am a hobby enthusiast, and outside of work, my days include reading, crafting, performing improv comedy, and learning to play the guitar.
