Join us this July for four Wednesday evenings of gentle improv, expressive movement, and creative storytelling designed to quiet your overthinking mind and soothe your nervous system.

This is not about being funny or performing. It’s about showing up exactly as you are and exploring spontaneous expression as a way to release tension, metabolize emotion, and rediscover your spark.

We’ll use accessible improv games, movement explorations, simple writing prompts, and playful connection to help you reconnect with your creativity, calm your mind, and enjoy being present.

🗓 Wednesdays: July 9, 16, 23, & 30
🕡 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 The House of Now (536 5th Street, Courtenay)

💰 $140 for the series (minus $10 each if you bring a friend!)
