Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MA, RCC) based in the Comox Valley, offering in-person therapy in Courtenay, BC, and virtual sessions across BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon.
I work with adults, teens, and couples who are hard on themselves and often feel like they’re falling behind. Many are caregivers, achievers, or peacekeepers who give so much to others that they’ve lost touch with their own needs. You might feel guilty saying no, beat yourself up over small mistakes, or carry a nagging sense that you’re not enough. In relationships, it can look like walking on eggshells, over-functioning, or losing yourself trying to keep the peace. You’re not alone — I know what it’s like to feel stuck in these cycles.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore what’s been keeping you stuck. My approach blends empathy, curiosity, and a little humour, with a socially aware lens that honours how culture, identity, and systemic pressures shape us.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about turning toward yourself and learning to feel more at home in your life and relationships.
If this resonates, I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we’re a good fit.
